Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
