Chef de partie wanted in Ibiono Ibom

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ibiono Ibom, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service Rotating shifts.
