Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
