HVAC-R technician wanted in Sandwell

Immediate opening: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Sandwell, England. You will work in a commercial cold storage facility. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms On a typical shift you will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
