You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
