Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Kleberg County, Texas. You will work in a hospital canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
