Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $32 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
