MIG welder • Callaway County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a MIG welder in Callaway County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
