Air conditioning installer wanted in Nassau County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Nassau County, New York. On a typical shift you will install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks. Requirements: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
