Join our team: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Numan, Adamawa State. On a typical shift you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket ₦245,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
