You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
