Join our team: prep cook (Yobe State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Fune, Yobe State. The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
