Vertical transportation technician • Kittitas County, Washington

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Kittitas County, Washington. You will be based at a busy lift company. The role involves: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
