Urgent requirement: gas installation technician (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Moultrie County, Illinois. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
