You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
