Argon welder wanted in Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Washington County, Rhode Island. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On the job you will handle: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Rotating shifts.
