PVC window fabricator wanted in Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Douglas County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges The role involves: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
