Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Nasarawa Egon, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
