Join our team: turning centre operator (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Douglas County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy machine shop. The role involves deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; write and edit G-code programs at the control; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; load and index turning tools in the turret; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
