Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Bandera County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time, day shift.
