We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Grant County, Kansas. You will work in a toolroom. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery On the job you will handle: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
