Roofing technician wanted in DeSoto County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing technician in DeSoto County, Florida. You will be based on re-roofing and repair jobs. The role involves: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
