Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Kauai County, Hawaii. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
