Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Orleans County, New York. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm The role involves: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Write and edit G-code programs at the control Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
