Safety officer wanted in Takum

Join our team: we are hiring a safety officer in Takum, Taraba State. On the job you will handle: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
