Now hiring: vertical transportation technician (Scotland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Overtime paid at a premium rate.
