CNC milling operator • Boundary County, Idaho

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Boundary County, Idaho. The job is at a busy machine shop. The role involves hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 6+ years on the tools preferred.
