You will trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching 5+ years on the tools preferred.
