Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Day-to-day duties: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
