Site safety steward — Nassau County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Nassau County, New York. The job is in a warehouse and logistics yard. On a typical shift you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS). You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
