Great opportunity: safety officer (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety officer in Muskegon County, Michigan. The job is in a chemical processing unit. On a typical shift you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Six days a week, one day off.
