Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
