Immediate opening: CNC mill setter-operator (South Dakota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Jackson County, South Dakota. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Day to day you will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
