Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Prairie County, Arkansas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
