Production welder wanted in Seminole County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Seminole County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs Requirements: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
