MIG welder wanted in Highland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Highland, Scotland. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Meals and transport allowance provided.
