Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. You will be based on a housing development site. The role involves: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up What we are looking for: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Part-time with flexible hours.
