Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in Rutherford County, North Carolina. The job is at a manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
