Back-of-house cleaner • Michika, Adamawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Michika, Adamawa State. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
