Brickwork mason • Columbia County, Washington

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Columbia County, Washington. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Day-to-day duties: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
