Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Madison Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket On a typical shift you will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; read lift plans and method statements before starting; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position.
