Ceiling and wall plasterer wanted in Carbon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Day to day you will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; check walls for plumb and level as you go. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Six days a week, one day off.
