Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Corson County, South Dakota. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards On the job you will handle: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy 1+ years on the tools preferred.
