We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Lee County, Iowa. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time with occasional weekends.
