Fry cook — Ovia North-East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Ovia North-East, Edo. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Rotating shifts. ₦240,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
