Automotive paint technician • Big Horn County, Wyoming

Great opportunity: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Big Horn County, Wyoming. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
