What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request.
