Natural gas fitter — Henry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Henry County, Illinois. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Your main tasks: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation 3+ years on the tools preferred.
