Dish pit attendant wanted in Goshen County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Goshen County, Wyoming. The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
