Pipe tig welder wanted in Surulere

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Surulere, Oyo State. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Day-to-day duties: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦13,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
